A brand new series on Southparktalk.com is about to be revealed to all of you South Park loving folks abroad: The Best Six Clips from Each Season! In this series we will take a brief look back in time at all of the seasons of South Park to date – all twelve current ones. And when Season 13 is finished, we will add this season to our entourage. Typically there are twelve to fourteen episodes per season, and generally speaking, it is safe to say that about half of those episodes are the really, really good ones! So, we found it may be fun and nostalgic to take a look backwards at the best six clips from each season of South Park. All for your, and our, enjoyment of course!
Why Cartman will Always Prevail!
This first episode we are going to look at is called, ‘Super Phun Tyme.” In it, Cartman takes Butters on a trek to the amusement park next door when the boys go on a school field trip to Frontier Land—a place that mimics how life was in the year 1864. Much to Butters dismay, Cartman forces him to accompany him to the park next door as thieves ransack and take over Frontier Land.
Remember Going to These places as a Kid?
The best part about this episode is the memories that it brings back with it. I am certain we all had to experience such lameness during our youth and tenures at elementary school. And you can all recall how silly and lame such places seemed at the time. I would not be out of line to guess that Trey Parker and Matt Stone (creators of the show) revisited some childhood memories to come up with the idea behind this episode!
Best First Clip: Super Phun Tyme: “Sheriff McLawdog is Dead!”
This clip is awesome! While at Frontier Land, thieves that just robbed a Burger King down the street show up to make their escape, taking everybody hostage. When the Sheriff McLawdog confronts them, they do not hesitate to blow his brains out all over the ground. Perhaps one of the funnier clips that you will ever see from all of the notorious episodes of the 12th season of the one and the only South Park! So enjoy watching this method acted get what is coming to him!
